Tell us which room the piece is for, what you already have on the walls or shelves, and the size or color range you have in mind. A short note about how you plan to use it helps us narrow the options.
Based on your description, we suggest two or three artisans from our network in Rajasthan or Gujarat. You will see their past work, the materials they use, and the typical time each piece takes.
Before anything is made, you receive a detailed note on materials, dimensions, and finishing. For textiles, we send a small swatch of the fabric and dye colors so there are no surprises later.
The workshop begins once you confirm. We send progress updates at each stage, whether it is the carving of a block, the first glaze firing, or the weaving of the base. You can request changes while the piece is still in production.
Each item is wrapped in recycled paper and shipped with a care card that explains how to clean or store it. If anything arrives damaged, we arrange a replacement or repair within two weeks.
We follow up to see how the piece fits your space and whether the finish matches what you expected. If you want a matching set or a different size later, the same workshop can usually make it.
