Yes. Our ceramic tableware is fired at high temperatures and finished with food-safe glazes. The pieces are suitable for daily meals, and most can go in the dishwasher, though we recommend hand washing to preserve the glaze's natural variation. They are not designed for direct flame or oven use, but they handle hot food and drinks without issue.
Woven baskets are made from natural grasses and fibers, so they prefer a dry environment. Wipe them with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust, and avoid soaking them in water. If a basket loses its shape, lightly mist it with water, reshape it by hand, and let it air dry away from direct sunlight. With this simple care, they will hold their structure for years.
Brass is a living metal, and it will develop a soft patina with use. This is a natural process and part of the material's character. If you prefer a brighter finish, polish the pieces occasionally with a soft cloth and a mild brass cleaner. We do not apply heavy lacquers, so the surface remains authentic and responsive to handling.
